越洋对话 蒙代尔

    蒙代尔可能是中国人最熟悉的诺贝尔经济学奖的获得者。他对中国经济的关注和他到中国的频率几乎超过了的全球知名经济学家。这场对话，跨越大洋，是用电视技术完成的面对面，因为当时中国正在遭遇SARS的侵害。远在大洋彼岸的他，希望通过这样的方式和中国的观众进行交流。

    Robect A.Mundell may be the most familiar Nobel Economics Price winner for Chinese people.His constant attention and his frequency of visiting to China exceeded all other renowned economists.This dialogue was achieved through TV technology and it was happened during SARS.

    “中国还是一个发展中国家，我们不能拿它跟世界上最发达的国家相比。对我来说最重要的问题是当一个问题出现的时候能够马上去改正它。在中国有这样的一个解决问题的机制，我们可以看见在很多事件里面，中国在面临一些主要问题的时候，能够有资源、有能力去研究和解决它。

    “针对SARS造成的影响，中国最主要的问题是加快现代化建设和改革的速度。比如说对一些小型企业的贷款，大多数银行机构都是国有的很大一部分的贷款都贷给国有企业，结果留给私营企业的贷款很少。”

    “China is still a developing country so we should not compare it with the most developed countries in the wold.As to me，the most important probpem is to rectify it once the problem oppears.There is a problem solving mechanism in China，and we saw that China has the resources and capacity to research and solve the problems in many cases.”

    “The most important thing for China is to accelerate the modernization and the reform process.For example，the private small enterprises receive very few loans from the state-owned banks.”
