出口第一县的升级和调整

    一场金融危机让对外贸易在国内生产总值的比重超过40%以上的中国很是尴尬。外部消费市场的萎缩直接影响了外贸产业链中众多企业的利润。江苏昆山是一个典型的出口型城市，它是中国出口第一大县，昆山如何抵御金融危机？在一片疑虑的声音中，昆山市委书记张国华走进了《对话》现场。

    “有一些企业，虽然企业不大，但是它恰恰是我们产业链里面重要的环节，比如说一个笔记本电脑哪怕缺一颗螺丝钉，这个笔记本电脑都装不起来。所以当时我们说龙头企业、配套企业、供应链、银行、政府信用，我说我们抱团取暖，形成一个共同、协调配合的这样一个支撑体系，来共度难关。”
