项怀诚理财

    他有一本中国最大的账本，是中国管钱最多的人，他也是中国借钱最多的人。有人说他脖子不好，只会摇头不会点头，有人说他耳朵不好，当别人要钱的时候，他的右耳朵就完全听不见，而当别人进钱的时候，他的左耳朵就好用一点点。有人夸他曾力挽狂澜，救严峻的中国经济于水火。他就是中国财政部部长——项怀诚。
