网络帮助西部

    2000年互联网在中国红极一时。这一年，一个台湾企业家冒出一个用现代网络帮助中国贫穷西部成千上万年轻人，利用互联网就业脱贫的庞大计划，他大胆提出如用网络办法为西部振兴输入力量，西部开放原本五十年的计划缩为五年。他用自己的资金买电脑建“千乡万村”局域网。用从北京下载信息，当日空运的办法，解决网络不通的问题。可惜，因为几年后的去世，这件事情遗憾终结。
