李东生：远征心得

    李东生曾和退休后的韦尔奇有过一次面对面的谈话。当时，他刚刚完全对两家企业的并购，其中的汤姆逊公司就是当年韦尔奇卖掉的。李东生问韦尔奇，如何让亏损的汤姆逊公司扭亏为盈。韦尔奇回答：“如果我有办法，我当初就会把它卖掉。”当时，这场对话被国内许多读出了中国企业超越国际水平的意义。一年以后，踏上国际化征程同时在法国并购两家企业的李东生遭受重创，他用“鹰的重生”的悲壮，向他的全体员工发生心灵的告白。
